Adaptive adjustment method for camera parameters

The invention discloses a camera parameter adaptive adjustment method. The method comprises: adaptively adjusting imaging parameters of a camera on the basis of accurately measuring background differences between scenes (S1) wherein the background differences between the scenes are measured by illumination estimation, color cast estimation and scattering estimation (S1-1); and on this basis, corresponding imaging parameters are adaptively adjusted for different background differences (S1-2). (S2) adaptively adjusting a motion control parameter on the basis of the target difference between the accurate measurement scenes, and obtaining a detection tracking result through detection tracking (S2-1); measuring a target difference of the scene by calculating a tag offset and a feature offset (S2-2); on this basis, if the target information of the current scene is insufficient, a motion control parameter sequence is calculated through target state modeling, target rapid positioning and based on a multi-target sensi
