The motor controller MCU, the T-BOX and the gateway are communicated through a CAN BUS, and wireless data transmission is carried out between the service platform and the T-BOX through a built-in internet of things card of the T-BOX; and the motor controller MCU executes a whole vehicle working and dormant state instruction according to the whole vehicle key signal, and adjusts the CAN communication period of the motor controller MCU as required, thereby adjusting the data transmission of the function burying point and the scene burying point. According to the invention, the CAN load rate and the data volume of the service platform are reduced.
