The multi-working-condition efficiency and noise optimization design method comprises the following steps that the lift and the flow of a centrifugal pump station under actual multiple working conditions and the rotating speed and the operation time under X working conditions during actual operation are obtained; obtaining impeller initial hydraulic model structure parameters of the centrifugal pump through a two-dimensional hydraulic design method, and determining influence factors according to flow characteristics; calculating the efficiency of each model at the rotating speed with the longest running time through an orthogonal test; the first K models are selected, the efficiency of the K models under the rotating speed of the X working conditions is calculated, and the weighting efficiency of each model under the X working conditions is obtained according to the operation duration; and
