Reliability simulation method for aging model

A reliability simulation method of an aging model comprises the following steps: 1) dividing all time points into a plurality of time periods, and performing pressure simulation on pressure conditions of each time period based on the same netlist to obtain a degradation output file of pressure simulation corresponding to each time point; and 2) calling the degradation output file to serve as an input file for degradation simulation to be input, and performing degradation simulation at each time point. According to the method, reliability simulation is simplified, all pressure simulation is fused into one netlist to be carried out, the number of simulation netlists is effectively reduced, the calling frequency and time of a simulator are saved, and the overall output number of files is reduced; the same netlist is quoted, and the pressure simulation output files at different time points are simulated after degradation, so that the simulation process steps are simpler, and the simulation sequence is clearer; th
