Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a colorimetric detection method of tryptophan and application of the colorimetric detection method. According to the invention, a nano composite material Au (at) MnO2 with good biocompatibility, water solubility and good oxidation performance is used as a detection platform, the good oxidation performance of a MnO2 shell layer is used for identification, and the MnO2 shell layer interacts with tryptophan, so that the MnO2 shell layer is etched, gold nanoparticles are released, and obvious color change from brown to purple is generated. Meanwhile, the special end-capping effect of tryptophan on the gold nanoparticles avoids further aggregation of the gold nanoparticles, and the detection selectivity is improved. The detection method is portable, sensitive and good in selectivity, provides a new idea and a new scheme for accurate detection of tryptophan, and has a wide application prospect.
