The invention discloses an air-tight seal testing device for a radio frequency connector. The air-tight seal testing device comprises a placing structure and a testing structure, the placing structure comprises a bottom plate, a horizontal guide rail on the bottom plate, a base structure on the horizontal guide rail, a horizontal driving device on the bottom plate, and a connecting plate for connecting the horizontal driving device and the base structure; a to-be-detected connector is placed in a placement groove in the upper end face of the base structure; the testing structure comprises a plurality of stand columns on the bottom plate, a vertical driving device on a top plate at the tops of the stand columns, a lower pressing plate between the top plate and the bottom plate, a lower pressing connecting structure for connecting the vertical driving device and the lower pressing plate, and an air pipe quick-plug connector. The lower pressing plate moves along the stand columns. A communicating hole correspond
