Results of the invention show that in-vivo platelet counting is related to hyperlipidemia, and human plasma (hp) mainly promotes differentiation of CD34 + hematopoietic cells into megakaryocyte-progenitor cells (MKPs) in 8-14 days in a platelet generation process by in-vitro hiPSCs. Fatty acid (FA) is an active ingredient for promoting hipsc-derived megakaryocyte (MK) and platelet generation, and on the fourteenth day, FA activates MK and platelet generation in MKPs through a JAK2/STAT/AKT pathway.
