On the basis of a beauveria bassiana strain with excellent characters, the beauveria bassiana strain with high Orm expression is constructed by using a genetic engineering means, and the beauveria bassiana OE-BbOrm with greatly improved environmental stress resistance and insecticidal activity is obtained.
