The raw materials used in the method comprise fructus amomi pericarp, fructus amomi, fructus amomi seed clusters and other components, the raw materials are wide in source and easy to obtain, the used extraction equipment is common, the extraction solvent is low in cost, the purification process is convenient and fast, the period is short, and a new method is provided for preparing the high-purity dihydroquercetin.
