The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking metal-loaded two-dimensional layered boron nitride as an active material and taking a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) fiber membrane as a supporting material, obtaining a metal-loaded boron nitride-based catalytic membrane through a vacuum suction filtration method, and inducing high-selectivity generation of singlet oxygen (1O2) in a Fenton-like catalytic oxidation system by combining the catalytic membrane with a membrane separation technology, so as to obtain the metal-loaded boron nitride-based catalytic membrane.
