Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an efficient recycling method of waste residues after lithium extraction, which comprises the following steps: introducing chlorine into a water mixed solution of phosphorus iron residues after lithium extraction, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain an acid leaching solution; adding a phosphorus source and an iron source to adjust the iron-phosphorus ratio, adding a precipitator, and adjusting the pH to precipitate iron and phosphorus elements to obtain an intermediate; and calcining the intermediate to iron phosphate. The method is short in recovery period, low in cost, relatively low in corrosion to equipment, simple to operate and suitable for industrial use; and the obtained iron phosphate has high recovery rate and high purity. 本发明公开了一种提锂后废渣的高效回收利用方法,包括如下步骤:向提锂磷铁渣的水混合液中通入氯气,固液分离,得到酸浸液;接着加入磷源和铁源调节铁磷比,再加入沉淀剂并调节pH使得铁、磷元素沉淀得到中间物;煅烧中间物到磷酸铁。本发明回收周期短,成本低,对设备腐蚀性较低,操作简单,适合工业化使用;所得磷酸铁的回收率高、纯度高。
