The device comprises a supporting frame, an upper demolding cloth pretreatment tool and a lower demolding cloth pretreatment tool, wherein the upper demolding cloth pretreatment tool and the lower demolding cloth pretreatment tool are arranged on the supporting frame and are of the same structure; the upper demolding cloth pretreatment tool or the lower demolding cloth pretreatment tool comprises a demolding cloth mounting roller and a mounting base which are arranged at the two side ends of the supporting frame correspondingly, and a heating roller and a tension roller assembly are sequentially arranged on the mounting base in a sliding mode in the advancing direction of the demolding cloth.
