Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an online detection method for wear parameters of an end mill, which comprises the following steps of: returning distance data through a laser displacement sensor measuring device arranged at a corresponding position, controlling the movement of the milling cutter by utilizing the displacement capability of a machine tool spindle, manually controlling the small-amplitude reciprocating rotation of the cutter, and collecting point data of a defect part of the milling cutter; fitting point data to obtain a two-dimensional defect morphology of the milling cutter; secondly, a group of images are shot according to a method that a camera shoots along the spiral line of the milling cutter and used for splicing the three-dimensional milling cutter edges into a two-dimensional milling cutter edge graph, and a trained VGG16-Unet model is used for recognizing a wear area; and then fusing the defect area and the wear area of the milling cutter to obtain the overall wear morphology of the milling cut |
