Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a filter element production device and process which are used for solving the problems that at present, a filter element end cover is low in installation efficiency and poor in precision, and use of a filter element is affected due to the poor installation quality of the end cover. A filter element production device comprises a workbench, a first sliding rail is arranged on the workbench, fixing blocks are symmetrically arranged on the first sliding rail in a sliding mode, a liftable supporting frame is arranged on the fixing blocks, mounting shafts used for sliding of end covers are placed on the supporting frame, a plurality of spring rods are arranged at the opposite ends of the two mounting shafts, and abutting balls are arranged at the ends of the spring rods.
