The method comprises the following steps: spraying and electroforming a first conical corrugated horn layer; spraying and electroforming a second conical corrugated horn layer; repeatedly spraying and electroforming the corrugated horn layer to obtain a certain number of layers of solid corrugated horns; separating the solid corrugated horn from the metal flat plate; the sacrificial core mold in the solid corrugated horn is dissolved through an etching solution, and a hollow corrugated horn is obtained; and cutting and trimming the corrugated protection layer on the outer side of the hollow corrugated horn according to the size requirement to obtain the terahertz conical corrugated horn.
