Vinasse treatment method and system

The invention relates to a vinasse treatment method which comprises the following steps: adding dilute acid into vinasse until the pH range of the vinasse is 0.5-1, and carrying out acidolysis to obtain a first filtrate and residual vinasse after acidolysis; adding dilute alkali into the residual vinasse after acidolysis until the pH range of the residual vinasse after acidolysis is 11-12, and carrying out alkaline hydrolysis to obtain a second filtrate and the residual vinasse after alkaline hydrolysis; carrying out enzymolysis on the residual vinasse subjected to alkaline hydrolysis to obtain a third filtrate and residual vinasse subjected to enzymolysis; and obtaining a total sugar solution: mixing the first filtrate, the second filtrate and the third filtrate.
