Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a long-term in-vitro preservation method of endangered dendrobium germplasm, which comprises the following two steps: the first stage is a growth inhibition stage for long-term preservation of sterile dendrobium seeds by using a growth inhibition culture medium, and the second stage is a growth recovery stage for seedling induction culture by using a growth recovery culture medium; the formula of the growth inhibition culture medium comprises 40-80g/L of oat and 6g/L of agar; the formula of the recovery growth culture medium comprises 1/2MS, 1.0 g/L of peptone, 1.0 g/L of activated carbon, 25 g/L of cane sugar, 6.0 g/L of agar, 50 g/L of potatoes, 80 g/L of bananas and 15 g/L of apples.
