The device comprises a transparent glass substrate, an anode layer, a hole transport layer, an exciton regulation and control layer, an organic active layer, a spectrum regulation and control layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode layer. Under the driving of an external forward voltage, the device is in a light-emitting mode and has different light-emitting spectrums under different voltages, and under the driving of an external backward voltage, the device is in an ultraviolet detection mode. The organic dual-function device has dual functions of electroluminescence and ultraviolet detection, not only has the characteristics of high efficiency, ultra-thinness and integratability, but also is simple in preparation process, short in preparation time and low in cost, and can be made into a flexible device.
