Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a random laser emitting device which comprises a pumping source, a magnetic control random laser emitting unit and an external magnetic field coil assembly. The magnetic control random laser emission unit comprises a closed container, a liquid gain medium contained in the closed container, and scattering particles freely dispersed in the liquid gain medium, and the scattering particles are magnetic/plasma/dielectric core-shell nanoparticles; the pumping source performs optical pumping on the magnetic control random laser emission unit; a magnetic field is generated through an external magnetic field coil group so as to control distribution and directional movement of scattering particles in a liquid gain medium, so that random light emission of the magnetic control random laser emission unit and opening/closing of laser emission are realized, and the random laser peak shape is controlled; and meanwhile, the random laser emission performance can be enhanced by utilizing the plasma char
