The preparation method of the soluble titanium modified lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material comprises the following steps: sequentially adding an organic titanium source and a chelating stabilizer into an acid solution, and heating to obtain a titanium source solution; uniformly mixing the titanium source solution, a surfactant, an iron source, a phosphorus source, a carbon source and a lithium source to obtain a mixed solution; carrying out solvothermal reaction on the mixed solution, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a precursor material; and sintering and crushing the precursor material to obtain the soluble titanium modified lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material.
