The method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out denoising and deconvolution preprocessing on original seismic data to obtain preprocessed seismic data; 2, first arrival pickup is carried out on the preprocessed seismic data, and the arrival time of first arrival waves is obtained; 3, establishing an initial surface velocity model according to the underground prior information, and setting inversion parameters; and 4, according to the arrival time of the first arrival wave and the initial surface layer speed model, performing nonlinear ray travel time tomography inversion through a scattering integral method, obtaining a final surface layer speed model, and performing imaging.
