The reagent comprises an electrolyte, the electrolyte comprises ascorbic acid, potassium iodide, hydrochloric acid and water; the concentration of the ascorbic acid is 0.06 to 0.6 mol/L; the concentration of the potassium iodide is 0.09 to 1.5 mol/L; the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 0.01 mol/L to 1.0 mol/L.
