Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a heat recovery type catering kitchen air conditioning system and a using method thereof.The system comprises a first water tank, a second water tank, a third water tank and a fourth water tank which are sequentially communicated through water channel pipelines, and a second condenser of a heat pipe working medium loop is arranged at an air inlet of a kitchen and used for heating fresh air of the kitchen; the sewage waste heat recovery device is used for heating the first water tank, the heating automatic control device is used for controlling heating of the fourth water tank, and the heat pipe working medium loop is used for heating the third water tank and the second water tank independently or heating the third water tank and kitchen fresh air independently. The air conditioner refrigerant loop is used for independently heating the second water tank or independently absorbing heat from the third water tank.
