The method comprises the steps that the target rotating speed of the fan is set; controlling the fan to work at the target rotating speed based on a rotating speed control signal; determining a set rotating speed corresponding to the rotating speed control signal; based on the target rotating speed and the set rotating speed, determining an efficiency recession parameter of the fan; and determining a detection result of the fan based on the efficiency recession parameter.
