A water storage column is fixedly matched on one side of the vehicle body; an air inlet is fixedly matched on one side of the water storage column; a hose is fixed between the air inlet and the air inlet; a water tank is arranged in the water storage column; the water outlet pipeline communicates with the water tank and the nozzle.
