Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of quantitative detection of viral nucleic acid, and particularly relates to a novel quantitative detection reagent for coronavirus nucleic acid based on quantum dots and bHCR and application. Comprising magnetic microspheres, quantum dots, DOX and a bHCR system, the bHCR system comprises S1, S2, A, S3, S4 and B, the 5'end of S1 is connected with the magnetic microspheres, and the quantum dots and DOX are independently packaged. According to the detection reagent, a novel coronavirus target sequence is amplified through bHCR isothermal amplification and is specifically and complementarily combined with a probe coupled with magnetic microspheres to form double-stranded nucleic acid, and the aim of quantitatively detecting viral nucleic acid is achieved by utilizing the characteristics of embedding the double-stranded nucleic acid and quenching graphdiyne quantum dot fluorescence of DOX. The reagent has the characteristics of specificity, sensitivity, accuracy and go |
