Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an over-top-prevention two-stage range-extending type three-component stress meter and a use method thereof. A guide mounting rod is fixedly connected to the left end of a stress meter main body; in the Z-direction jacking mechanism, a first-stage Z-direction plunger is assembled in a Z-direction oil cylinder in a sliding mode and limited through a Z-direction oil cylinder end cover. The second-stage Z-direction plunger is assembled in an inner cavity of the first-stage Z-direction plunger in a sliding mode and limited through a Z-direction inner limiting ring and a Z-direction second-stage guide ring. The Z-direction elastic sheet is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second-stage Z-direction plunger; the X-direction jacking mechanism and the Z-direction jacking mechanism are the same in structure.
