Zusammenfassung:[Problem] To provide a urethane resin, a resin composition, an adhesive composition, and a method for producing the urethane resin, the urethane resin having excellent elongation and non-blocking properties and having bending resistance that cannot be achieved by conventional urethane resins. [Solution] A urethane resin satisfying the following requirements (1)-(3): (1) the glass transition temperature (Tg) is 40 DEG C or more; (2) a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of from 180000 to 2000000; (3) The molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 9-200 (wherein Mn represents a number average molecular weight). 【课题】本发明提供一种具有现有氨基甲酸酯树脂无法实现的耐弯曲性、伸长率优异,并且不粘连的氨基甲酸酯树脂、树脂组合物以及粘接剂组合物,和该氨基甲酸酯树脂的制造方法。【解决手段】一种氨基甲酸酯树脂,其满足以下(1)~(3):(1)玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为40℃以上;(2)重均分子量(Mw)为180000~2000000;(3)分子量分布(Mw/Mn)为9~200(其中,Mn表示数均分子量)。
