Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a controllable high-concentration high-molecular-weight silk fibroin solution by utilizing a tangential flow ultrafiltration technology. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an inorganic salt solution of silk fibroin; carrying out membrane clarification treatment on the inorganic salt solution of the silk fibroin; in the desalination treatment of the inorganic salt solution of the silk fibroin, clear liquid subjected to membrane clarification treatment is filtered through a tangential flow filtering system; and concentrating the silk fibroin solution to obtain a high-concentration high-molecular-weight silk fibroin aqueous solution. Compared with the prior art, desalination and concentration of the silk fibroin salt solution are achieved through the tangential flow technology, and therefore the silk fibroin aqueous solution with the number-average molecular weight ranging from 80 kDa to 200 kDa is directly obtained.
