The method comprises the steps that historical vehicle containing data, charging data, daily garage entering and exiting data and cost data of a new energy vehicle in an intelligent parking garage are collected; an intelligent identification technology is adopted to realize informatization management of vehicle information, charging data and fee data; constructing a prediction model by adopting a graph convolutional neural network method, training the model according to historical vehicle capacity data and charging data of the new energy vehicle in the intelligent parking garage, and predicting a new energy parking demand quantity and a new energy charging demand quantity; based on the collected data, edge calculation is adopted to carry out new energy automobile parking and charging adaptation, and intelligent management of new energy automobile parking and charging is achieved.
