Urban road spilled object identification method based on road monitoring video

The invention discloses a method for identifying town road spilled objects based on a road monitoring video. The method comprises the following steps: S1, stabilizing the town road monitoring video; s2, obtaining a region of interest ROI of the image; s3, obtaining a background image only containing town roads; s4, subtracting the historical background image before the moment t from the background image of the current town road to obtain a difference graph of the current background and the historical background; s5, performing mathematical morphology operation on the difference image to obtain a moving object in the background image; and S6, segmenting the moving objects from the background image, excluding the moving objects with small sizes, inputting the residual moving objects into a ResNet model trained by an ImageNet data set, and detecting the types of the moving objects.
