The method specifically comprises the steps of constructing a transformer substation environment perception standard data set, training a deep learning model, constructing a transformer substation environment actual working condition data set, adaptively optimizing the standard data set, optimizing the deep learning model and finally performing redeployment. Through the technology provided by the invention, the hot-line work platform can autonomously and intelligently obtain the position information of the hot-line work platform, potential safety hazards brought by personnel are avoided, meanwhile, the positioning function in the indoor and outdoor transformer substation environment can be realized without depending on satellite signals, and finally, compared with visual positioning, the all-weather and all-time positio
