Method and apparatus for dynamic virtual system-on-chip

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for a dynamic virtual system on chip. A processor device includes a plurality of virtual systems on chip configured to use a resource of a plurality of resources according to a resource alignment between the plurality of virtual systems on chip and the plurality of resources. The processor device may also include a resource alignment unit configured to dynamically modify resource alignment in response to the at least one event.
