The invention provides a method and system for detecting an automobile controller based on automobile working condition data, and the method comprises the steps: respectively assembling the controllers of the same model on the same automobile, obtaining the automobile working condition data through connecting an automobile diagnosis device with a vehicle-mounted OBD diagnosis port, and automatically uploading the data to a server for storage. Then the working condition data of the controllers of the same model are remotely issued to the automobile diagnosis equipment and are displayed in a same-item data flow curve graph comparison mode, if a same-item data value exceeds a preset threshold value, an alarm is automatically given, and if the same-item data value is judged to be unqualified, maintenance is carried out; and meanwhile, the server is remotely linked through a PC (Personal Computer) to obtain and analyze the working condition data of the unqualified controller. The invention further provides a syste
