Method and device for calculating size of laser spot

The invention discloses a laser spot size calculation method and device. The calculation method comprises the following steps: acquiring spot information through a CCD (Charge Coupled Device); determining a light spot position center based on the light spot information and a preset threshold value; obtaining a primary rough aperture based on the light spot position center; acquiring an initial aperture based on the initial rough aperture; and determining the spot size based on the initial aperture.
