Waste gas in the waste gas recirculation system is led out from the waste gas end of the supercharger, sequentially passes through the waste gas washing tower, the waste gas cooler and the waste gas gas-liquid separator and enters the air end of the supercharger, and a circulation loop is formed. According to the invention, the cold energy of the low-flash-point fuel is used for cooling the exhaust gas recirculation.
