The method is good in universality and suitable for merging the DBV strain sequences which are globally popular at present, and the upstream primer, the downstream primer and the probe. The monoclonal antibody disclosed by the invention is good in specificity, and has no cross reaction with the arthroviruses such as ZIKA, CHIKV, DENV, JEV and the like. The sensitivity is high, and the detection limit can reach 6 copies/reaction in a 20 microliter system. According to the method, absolute quantification of the virus load can be realized, a standard curve does not need to be set, the copy number of the Databan virus in the sample can be directly judged according to a detection result, and the operation steps are greatly simplified.
