Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) site primer combination for identifying breeds of black-bone silky fowl and application of the SNP site primer combination. The primer combination is selected from any 3 to 8 of a WMWG1 site to a WMWG8 site for amplification. When the primer combination disclosed by the invention is used for identifying the variety of the UMongolia black-bone chicken, as long as one SNP locus genotype does not conform to the corresponding genotype of the UMongolia black-bone chicken, the individual can be completely excluded from belonging to the UMongolia black-bone chicken; any three SNP site combinations are selected, and the judgment probability of conforming to the genotype of the UMongolia black-bone chicken can reach 97% or above.
