Soft magnetic powder core impregnation liquid and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a soft magnetic powder core impregnation liquid. The impregnation liquid is prepared from epoxy resin, a methacrylate monomer, a surfactant, a latent curing agent, an initiator and a polymerization inhibitor. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the soft magnetic powder core impregnation liquid. The permeation efficiency of the impregnation liquid is improved by utilizing the low viscosity of the methacrylate monomer, and meanwhile, the methacrylate monomer participates in the curing reaction of the epoxy resin so as to improve the strength of the magnetic powder core. 一种软磁粉芯含浸液，所述含浸液由环氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸酯类单体、表面活性剂、潜伏性固化剂、引发剂、阻聚剂配置而成。本发明还公开了软磁粉芯含浸液的制备方法。利用甲基丙烯酸酯类单体的低粘度来提高含浸液的渗透效率，同时甲基丙烯酸酯类单体参与环氧树脂的固化反应以提高磁粉芯强度。
