Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological detection, and in particular discloses a biological probe and application thereof, a matrix guide sequence MTSmatrix depending on a TOM-TIM23 pathway is taken as a core, and is matched with a nuclear localization sequence NLS to improve the identification degree, so that the biological probe is localized in mitochondria under normal conditions, and is localized in a cell nucleus when the function of the TOM-TIM23 pathway is damaged; therefore, a high-content imaging system can be used for screening, and whether the target gene is a mitochondria introduction regulatory factor or not is judged according to mitochondria-cell nucleus positioning change of the detector.
