The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a first precursor film on the surface of a substrate by using an ammonium niobate oxalate hydrate solution by using a spray pyrolysis method, and preparing a second precursor film on the surface of the first precursor film by using a copper nitrate solution by using a spray pyrolysis method; and placing the substrate with the first precursor film and the second precursor film in an air atmosphere for annealing treatment to obtain the film.
