Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a modular design method for a large ocean platform block, which comprises the following steps of: classifying and dividing functional areas of a plurality of layers of platform blocks into a plurality of different functional modules, so that the same functional areas are classified into one functional module, and equipment on each functional module is ensured to be uniformly arranged; different functional modules of each platform module are arranged in the length direction of the platform module, and the different functional modules are selectively combined and transversely connected; and connecting adjacent layers of the plurality of layers of platform blocks by adopting vertical supports. The upper block is modularly divided according to equipment functions, design and construction of different blocks can be synchronously carried out, the construction efficiency does not need to be reduced due to mutual influence, meanwhile, the problem that the construction site of a large block is
