The seat is pivotally coupled to the coupling member. The seat back is pivotally coupled to the coupling member. The rotating plate is coupled to the coupling member. The rotating plate includes a plurality of rotating anchors. The base is coupled to the rotating plate. The rotating plate enables rotational movement of the coupling member, the seat, the seatback, and the rotating plate about a vertical axis. The base includes a plurality of base anchors.
