Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an optimization method of a comprehensive extraction process of flavones and polysaccharides from cissus repens roots. An extraction method is adopted to extract active ingredients, namely flavone and polysaccharide, of cissus repens roots, and on the basis of a single factor test, the flavone yield and the polysaccharide yield are taken as evaluation indexes, and a response surface analysis method is adopted to carry out extraction process optimization. A single factor result shows that the extraction conditions are (20: 1, 1.5 h, 70 DEG C and 65% ethanol) when the flavone yield is the highest, the extraction conditions are (10: 1, 2 h, 70 DEG C and 75% ethanol) when the polysaccharide yield is the highest, the optimal extraction time is recommended to be 1.7 h, the extraction temperature is 79.50 DEG C, and the polysaccharide yield is 5.36% and the flavone yield is 0.54% when the ethanol concentration is 65% after response surface data analysis is performed by integrating the optimal |
