Zusammenfassung: | The semi-automatic circumferential weld welding process comprises joint design, root welding, hot welding, filling welding and cosmetic welding, the welding mode is manual/GTAW, ERNiCrMo-3 welding wires are adopted for semi-automatic butt welding, in the joint design, the welded pipe end is machined into a V-shaped groove, the angle of the groove face is 30 +/-2 DEG C, and the root gap is 3.5 mm-5 mm; in the hot welding process, the welding current ranges from 130 A to 150 A; in the filling welding process, the welding current ranges from 160 A to 180 A. According to the semi-automatic circumferential weld welding process for the bimetal composite pipe, the semi-automatic welding process is adopted, the machining mode and welding parameters of a semi-automatic welding joint are improved, and the prepared circumferential weld joint has good mechanical property and corrosion resistance.
