Comprising the steps that (1) crushed semi-finished sand is screened and classified through a screen, an artificial sand collecting hopper is arranged below the bottom of the screen, and the screened semi-finished sand enters the artificial sand collecting hopper; (2) arranging a water-adding washing point above the artificial sand collecting hopper at the bottom of the screen, and washing the semi-finished sand in the artificial sand collecting hopper with water through the water-adding washing point; (3) a spiral sand washer is arranged below the artificial sand collecting hopper, the semi-finished sand in the artificial sand collecting hopper enters a dewatering screen for dewatering through the spiral sand washer and finally enters a finished sand sealing-tape machine, and the finished sand sealing-tape machine conveys the finished
