Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an energy control method, a controller and a system for a multi-microgrid system, and the method employs a neural network algorithm to output an energy control strategy based on a multi-microgrid system model and a target function of the multi-microgrid system model. The target function of the multi-microgrid system model is that the operation cost of the multi-microgrid system is the lowest, and the operation cost of the multi-microgrid system comprises the operation cost of a distributed generator, the loss cost of energy storage equipment and the cost generated when a main power grid assists in consuming redundant renewable energy sources of the multi-microgrid system for power generation; an evaluation function of the neural network algorithm is used for evaluating defect conditions of different partitions of the multi-microgrid system model in combination with a matching condition of total power between renewable energy power generation and sub-region loads and fitness of generato
