The photoelectrochemical immunosensor comprises a working electrode; the working electrode is obtained by modifying the surface of a substrate electrode with a Bi2WO6-TiO2 composite nanomaterial, fixing a chlorpyrifos antibody on the surface of the Bi2WO6-TiO2 composite nanomaterial, fixing a chlorpyrifos antigen on the surface of the chlorpyrifos antibody, and connecting a glucose oxidase marker to the surface of the electrode by using a sandwich method. The photoelectrochemical immunosensor realizes sensitive detection of chlorpyrifos, glucose oxidase marked on gold nanoparticles can catalyze glucose in an electrolyte to generate a large amount of H2O2 under a bias voltage of 0.3 V, a photoelectric signal is greatly enhanced, and a stable photocurrent is generated.
