The preparation method comprises the following steps: repeatedly smelting Ni, Fe and Mn metal raw materials, carrying out suction casting after smelting to obtain an as-cast plate, carrying out homogenization treatment on the as-cast plate, cutting, polishing, and finally etching in a nitric acid solution to obtain the self-supporting Ni-Fe-Mn oxygen evolution electrocatalyst.
