Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a wild jujube SSR molecular marker development method based on wild jujube transcriptome sequencing and application of the developed SSR molecular marker in wild jujube germplasm resource identification. The SSR molecular marker developed by the invention has the characteristics of good stability and high effectiveness. Four pairs of SSR molecular marker primer combinations are obtained by taking wild jujube as a material through transcriptome sequencing, SSR site analysis and identification, SSR primer design, SSR-PCR reaction system establishment, SSR-PCR amplification and effectiveness detection, and wild jujube germplasm resources from different main wild jujube producing areas in China can be effectively identified.
